Practice at Home
We want everybody to have access to JKBonline and make it convenient and affordable to practice at home. It might be difficult to exercise or practice a new skill with the current COVID pandemic, but JKB online offer online classes and modules to practice at home.

Online Classes For All Fitness Levels
JKB Online is for all fitness and experience levels. We start with the most basic program that is white to red belt. We start building the skills necessary for future techniques and skills.

JKB is an effective self-defense course as well as a fun activity to do with your friends. We offer a variety of courses in-person and online to give you the best experience. We work with all fitness levels to help reach their goals and make sure that all JKB students succeeds.
Personal Training is a great way to hone your skills. Our instructors will tailor each class according to your needs and goals.
Self-defense classes will teach you how to react and protect yourself from a dangerous situation. It will prepare you to be self-aware of your environment and increase your self-confidence when in the streets. Our instructors’ goal is to build your confidence and teach you the necessary skills to protect yourself and others.
